Cooking instructions: General
Pan fry from chilled but can also be air fried. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Shallow fry: From Chilled
Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat frying pan to a high heat.
During cooking: Reduce to a moderate heat. Pan fry for 5 minutes. Turn halfway through.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains.
Air fry: From Chilled
Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Place burgers in drawer, avoid overlapping. Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer's guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on half a pack.
During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains.
200°C, 10 mins
Safety: This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook burgers. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.
Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for freezing. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
