Preparation and Safety

Why Not Try Slice the top off 4 red peppers, remove seeds and microwave for 5 mins. Scoop the prepared couscous into the peppers. Finish with a scattering of sliced green olives and some crumbled goats cheese. Replace tops. Roast on a baking tray at 180°C for 10 mins.
