Our premium cottage cheese is made from 4 natural ingredients; British milk and cream from grass-fed cows, live cultures and sea salt. Not only is it high in protein, it is rich, creamy and indulgent; have it both ways. Our cottage cheese is hand made on a family farm using milk from the family's single herd of cows. This contributes to the consistency of our cottage cheese, makes the provenance of our product clear and contributes to a more sustainable supply chain. The cows on the family farm are milked less intensively than those at many dairies, resulting in high quality milk. This comes through in the flavour of our cottage cheese.
Our premium cottage cheese is handmade on a family farm from 4 natural ingredients; British milk and cream from grass-fed cows, live cultures and sea salt. Not only is it high in protein, it is rich, creamy and indulgent; have it both ways.
Our cottage cheese is confusingly good and has been awarded a 2 Star Great Taste Award which the Guild of Fine Food defines as 'above and beyond delicious' with one judge saying alterego gave them 'goosebumps of joy'.
alterego can be used in endless recipes but is indulgent enough to spoon straight out the pot.
