Barossa Ink Shiraz red wine from the Ink by Grant Burge range offers dark and opulent wine. Grown in the heart of Barossa, Australia's Premium Shiraz region, this bold, generous wine has rich berry notes with hints of mocha and dark with a colour so deep, it's almost ink.
At Grant Burge, we continually look for ways to do things differently. We challenged ourselves to re-think how wine is traditionally made in an effort to come up with the most vibrant impactful wines possible. The result was Ink by Grant Burge.
South Australia has a climate well-suited for growing grapes, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allowing full fruit flavours and sugar to develop.

Regional information: This intensely dark blockbuster is sourced from grapes grown across the Barossa, Australia's premium Shiraz growing region.
Vinification: Stainless steel tanks for fermentation, following maturation in a combination of new American oak, and 2-6 year-old American and French oak barrels.
