For more than 150 years, Baxters has brought delicious food from our family’s kitchen to yours.
Our products now grace tables across the world – quite a journey from 1868, when George and Margaret Baxter began selling jams and jellies made from local fruit at their little shop in Scotland.
What has not changed is our devotion to George’s vow to “be different and be better”. We still use fresh local produce – and every recipe is signed off by his great-granddaughter Audrey, the fourth generation of Baxters to lead the company.

Cooking instructions: Microwave
800W (3 mins), 900W (2 mins 40 secs), 1000W (2 mins 30 secs). Empty contents into a microwaveable container and cover. Heat on full power, stirring halfway through. Please Note: All appliances vary. This is a guide only. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, empty contents into a suitable food container and refrigerate below 5°C. Consume within 2 days.
