Preparation and Safety

For instant relief, apply directly to the sensitive tooth with a fingertip and massage gently for 1 minute, up to twice a day and for children 6-12 years once a week or less frequently. For lasting relief, apply to a gentle toothbrush making sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth.

Noticeable Relief for Sensitive TeethI've been using this toothpaste for about a week and have noticed an improvement in my tooth sensitivity, especially when drinking cold water. Effective!I found this toothpaste to be quite effective. After two weeks of using the toothpaste there was less sensitivity experienced. It also has a pleasant taste which was a good surprise as most sensitive pastes are usually horrible. I recommend!

Colgate Instant Relief ToothpastI love this toothpaste, and for me it does exactly what it says. It gave me instant relief from my sensitivity that I have. For me, I would like it to be a bit more minty than what it is, but it still leaves your mouth feeling fresh.

Colgate sensitive instant reliefThe main thing I did like about this toothpaste was that I did notice it made a difference to the sensitivity of my teeth I did notice a difference in how my teeth have been after use and it has given some relief, I must say I didn’t like the taste as much as it’s not really a strong mint taste like some others I have previously tried. Overall I would use this product again due to how much relief it gave me from sensitivity.
