Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not reheat. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly, is piping hot and there is no pink meat visible.

26 mins Preheat the grill to medium, arrange the burgers on the grill rack, then cook for approximately 26 minutes, turning occasionally. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
14 mins Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a large, heavy frying pan. Place the burgers in the pan and fry over a medium heat for about 6 minutes, turning occasionally. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for a further 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
