We never add sugar.* This nourishing smoothie is banana-free and high in vitamins B2, B6 and niacin which can help reduce tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin C which contributes to the normal function of the immune system. It includes 3 pressed apples, 2 crushed pears, 1/3 of a pressed beetroot, 1/4 of a pressed pomegranate, 12 crushed raspberries, 23 crushed blackcurrants, 7 crushed cranberries, some milled flax seeds, a dash of crushed baobab and some vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, E and niacin).
