This innocent smoothie is a blend of crushed fruits and vegetables, pure juices, apple water and extracts. We're spilling the greens - a fruit & veg smoothie with Cucumber, Lemon, Apple & Spinach. It contains: 3 pressed apples, 2 mashed bananas, a chunk of pressed courgette, a chunk of crushed chayote, 3/4 of a crushed white guava, a chunk of crushed cucumber, 1/2 of a squeezed lemon, mandarin cells, some pressed apple water, a dash of crushed spinach, spirulina extract, turmeric extract and spearmint extract. Shake before opening, not after. Keep refrigerated and once opened, drink within 4 days.
