History: For over 40 years, La Vieille Ferme has delighted wine lovers with its authentic character and approachable style. Crafted by the Perrin Family, owners of Château de Beaucastel, these Vin de France wines reflect the sunny charm of southern France. Renowned for quality, freshness, and balance, La Vieille Ferme has earned international praise and remains the perfect choice for relaxed meals and moments shared with friends.
Regional information: White grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, with harvest dates determined by berry analysis and tasting. On arrival at the winery, the grapes are gently pressed using a pneumatic press. After a period of settling, the clear juice undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled vats to preserve freshness and aroma. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel vats until bottling, ensuring purity and balance in the finished wine.
Vinification: La Vieille Ferme Blanc is crafted from grapes grown in sustainably farmed vineyards across the sun-soaked Languedoc and Rhône regions. The blend of limestone, clay, and sandy soils, coupled with warm days and cool nights, creates wines of freshness and balance. Each variety is vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve purity and aroma. The result is a bright, fruit-driven wine that reflects the Perrin family's heritage and commitment to quality
