FantasticReally good bar of soap, it replaced my shower gel years ago. As it is a hard bar, it doesn't just disintegrate on the soap dish like other bars seem to.
I have very dry skin so I am always worried that a new product will hurt my skin, but it was not the case with this soap.
The fragrance is quite subtle - noticeable when you're using it but it doesn't linger.

DisappointingWhen first opened, the perfume is gorgeous and I was happy my search for a more natural product made by a small business had been successful. However, the perfume soon disappears and the tallow-like smell gets stronger, to the level that I no longer want to use the soap. This is unfortunate given that what other reviewers have stated is perfectly true. It lathers well and lasts for ages. But the unpleasant smell overrides the good bits, for me. I'll not buy it again, I'm afraid.

Why is this not palm oil free?Surely it's about time Sainsbury's found either a palm oil free soap bar or one that used sustainably-sourced palm oil? There must be so many people looking to buy such a soap yet you only stock one bar that is vaguely ethical - we should be able to choose from many. Pathetic.
