Horrible recipe change!!They recently changed the recipe and removed the caramel layer and replaced the crunchy outside layer with a thin cheap tasting soft chocolate. These were our favourites but they've completely ruined the product in order to cut costs.

Awful - Drop in QualityThese used to be my favourite ice cream. It seems that they’ve decided to replace the Biscoff spread layer that between the ice cream and chocolate, with biscuit crumbs. The quality of ice cream and chocolate also seems to have dropped. Won’t be buying these again.

Changed for the worse[Employee of Sainsbury's] I used to buy these last year and they were the best lolly lovely ice cream with nice layer of Biscoff toffee and nice crunchy chocolate but they have changed them and they are now horrible no taste of Biscoff toffee whatsoever and the chocolate is horrible i definitely won’t be buying these again.
