Claude Moët secured the endorsement of some of the most influential personalities of his time and soon Moët became the official supplier to the Royal Court of France under the King Louis XV. Moët has the largest estate in the region - and its pick of the best grapes.
Regional information: In the heart of champagne country with the most extensive estates in the region, our lush green vineyards are where our story begins, the birthplace of the world's most loved champagne. Of our 1,300 hectares (3,212 acres) of rich chalk soil, 50% are grands crus and 25% are premiers crus.
