Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Microwave

Remove sleeve & do not pierce film. 800W 3 1/2 minutes. 1000W 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully remove film, stir well & check that the food is piping hot throughout before serving. All cooking appliances vary. These instructions are a guide only. Do not reheat. Caution: Take care when removing film, the steam will be hot. Not suitable for home freezing.
