Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas Mark 5 Time: 20-25 mins Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of oven and heat for 20 - 25 mins. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.

Power: 800W Time: 5 mins Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat for 3 minutes. Peel back film, stir and recover. Heat for a further 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.
