RUDE HEALTH OAT DRINK WITH CALCIUM 1L. A naturally creamy plant-based chilled oat drink fortified with calcium. Unsweetened and vegan-friendly with no added sugar, gums or thickeners. La crème de la Oat. Know your oats! It's the natural fats that make them so damn creamy-delicious. When we grind and blend them with fresh spring water, they provide a smooth, full-bodied heft to your cereal or brew. Give it some! Fortified with calcium, this drink helps you get the good stuff in without compromising on taste. Simple, wholesome oats doing what they do best - just with a little extra goodness thrown in. Up for anything, just like you. Pour it on cereal. Bake with it. Make a lovely cloud in your tea. Whatever you use this drink for, it's more than up for it. Great taste in tea and cerealI have been a vegetarian for 50 years and a vegan for 3 years.The search for a decent milk alternative has been a torturous one.It finally ended when I found the Rude Health Oat with calcium. It tastes great in tea and in my overnight oats ! I can only recommend it. Thank you Sainsburys!

Life Saver!Having an 11 month old who is allergic to dairy, gluten, soya, nuts and peas we have really struggled to get anything into him including prescription formula. This milk has been a life saver! It is being guzzled down at an alarming rate, my baby is happier and more energetic! This is also the only milk that covers all of his allergies!
Please keep the added calcium variety in your St Albans store and add it to online shopping! Being a disabled mum i am struggling going down to get it.
