This product is ready to eat, but can also be heated in the microwave or oven. Before heating: Remove all packaging. Place the wraps onto a microwaveable plate, sprinkle with water, cover and heat. During heating: 1 wrap: Microwave on full power for 10 secs (800w) or 10 secs (900w). 10 wraps: Microwave on full power for 35 secs (800w) or 30 secs (900w). All cooking appliances vary.
