Serving Instructions: Crème Fraîche Mousse: Open pot and mix until smooth.
Smoked Salmon: Open pack cut into 12 pieces.
Assembly: Divide the crème fraîche mousse evenly over the 12 blinis. Place a piece of smoked salmon on top.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven heat from chilled. Before heating: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging. Place blini onto a baking tray. Place the baking tray on the middle shelf. After heating: Remove carefully and allow to stand for 2 mins before serving on a plate. Oven heat from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 4 mins
