Our Taste the Difference filled pasta is crafted in Northern Italy by one of the country’s oldest producers of filled pasta, a specialist in fresh pasta since 1882. The pasta dough is prepared with care using wheat flour, eggs and a touch of semolina. Each filling is made in small batches and gently blended before being enclosed in the pasta.

Cooking instructions: Hob
Cook on the hob from chilled but can also be cooked in the air fryer. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Do not separate pasta prior to cooking, it will separate in the water. Add pasta and simmer over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. During cooking: Cook on a moderate heat for 4 mins. After cooking: Gently drain pasta when cooked and serve immediately. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
