Free range egg pasta, filled with an indulgent blend of tender beef and pork, slow cooked in Merlot wine.
Our Taste the Difference filled pasta is crafted in Northern Italy by one of the country's oldest producers of filled pasta, a specialist in fresh pasta since 1882. The pasta dough is prepared with care using wheat flour, eggs and a touch of semolina. Each filling is made in small batches and gently blended before being enclosed in the pasta.

Cooking instructions: Hob
To cook on the hob from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Do not separate pasta prior to cooking, it will separate in the water. Add pasta and simmer over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. To cook on the hob Moderate heat 5 mins After cooking: Gently drain pasta when cooked and serve immediately. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
