Oven cook from either chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Remove film after 25 minutes from chilled or 60 minutes from frozen and continue cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
