Cooking instructions: Microwave
Microwave from chilled. Before cooking: Pierce film lid several times. Cook on full power for 2 minutes 30 secs (800W) or 2 minutes (900W). After cooking: Remove film lid. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Caution: Hot steam! After cooking, open carefully away from your face.
