Cooking instructions: Barbeque

Place kebabs on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ following manufacturer's instructions. To grill from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove all packaging. Place kebabs on a grill pan and cover the sticks with foil. During cooking: Grill for 15-16 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even browning. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains in the meat. Oven cook from chilled but can also be grilled or barbecued. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. Remove all packaging. Place kebabs on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 20-23 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains in the meat.
