Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven and baking tray. Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. Place chips on the baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the fish on the baking tray. Return to the middle shelf of the oven for a further 20 minutes. During cooking: Cut the corner of the pea sachet and place sachet into a microwavable dish. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 900W. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Take care when handling microwavable dish as it may be hot. Carefully remove the dish from the microwave and decant the pea purée. Serve alongside fish and chips. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
