Preparation Guidelines:
Cooking time: 30-35 mins
Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
Sainsbury's Cauliflower Cheese Kit
300ml milk
25g unsalted butter
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
1. Add the cauliflower to a pan of boiling, lightly salted water and cook for 5 mins, then drain.
2. In a saucepan, add the sauce mix and milk, and whisk until dissolved. On a medium heat, bring to the boil stirring continuously, then simmer for 3-4 mins on a low heat until the sauce has thickened.
3. Transfer the cauliflower to an ovenproof dish, pour the sauce over and bake in the oven for 10 mins.
4. Meanwhile, melt the butter, add the topping and stir well, sprinkle evenly over the cauliflower and return to the oven for 10-15 mins until golden.
