Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place breast fillets on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 190oC / Fan 170oC / Gas 5 35 mins
Warnings:
Don't wash raw chicken.
Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use.
Wash hands after handling raw poultry.
Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains.
Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer.
