Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before Cooking: Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging. Trim and cut the liver into similar sized pieces. Once oil is hot add the liver. During cooking: Pan fry on a moderate heat for 8-10 minutes. Turn frequently. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Warnings:
Don't wash raw chicken.
Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use.
Wash hands after handling raw poultry.
Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains.
Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer.
Liver is high in Vitamin A and should not be eaten when planning or during pregnancy.

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated <3°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
