Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before Cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat non stick frying pan over a medium heat. Once hot add one tablespoon water followed by the mince. During cooking: Stir-fry over a medium heat for 11-12 minutes stirring throughout to break up the mince. After cooking: Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains. All appliances vary. This is a guide only. To pan fry Medium heat 11-12 minutes
Warnings:
Don't wash raw chicken.
Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use.
Wash hands after handling raw poultry.
Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains.
