Air fry from either chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on 2 portions. Preheat air fryer. Place chicken in basket, spread evenly in a single layer and place in air fryer. After cooking: Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To serve: Pour any filling from the air fryer over the Kyiv to serve. Air fry from chilled 180°C 20 mins From frozen 180°C 28 mins
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from either chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a preheated baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 23-25 minutes from chilled or 35-37 minutes from frozen. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To serve: Pour any filling from the baking tray over the Kyiv to serve.
Warnings:
When cooked some pinking may remain on the chicken due to being in contact with the ham hock. This is a natural occurrence and completely safe.
Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use.
Wash hands after handling raw poultry.
Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains.
