To heat on the hob. Before heating: Empty contents into a saucepan. During heating: Moderate heat for 2 mins, stirring continuously until piping hot. After heating: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Microwave from chilled but can also be heated on the hob. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. During heating: Heat on full power for 2 mins 30 secs (700w) or 2 mins (800w) or 2 mins (900w). Stir halfway. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
