Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove label and film. Place the foil tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 30 mins
