This product is ready to eat, but can also be heated in the oven or air fryer. Oven heat from either chilled or frozen. Before heating: Preheat oven 210°C/Fan 190°C/Gas 7. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During heating: Heat for 10 mins (from chilled) and 14 mins (from frozen). After heating: Check food is piping hot.
