Cooking instructions: Microwave from Frozen
Microwave. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Decant 1 portion (1/3 pack) into a microwaveable bowl, add 2tbsp. (30ml) of water, cover with clingfilm and pierce in several places. During cooking: Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Do not reheat once cooled. Stir Fry from frozen but can also be microwaved. Before cooking: Preheat a dry frying pan. Remove all packaging. Decant 1 portion (1/3 pack) into pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. During cooking: Add 2 tbsp. (30ml) of water. Stir occasionally and cook for a further 4-6 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Do not reheat once cooled.
