Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place the foil tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Baste the chicken with the cooking juices. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all the juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Cover with foil and leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Pour the remaining cooking juices over the chicken and serve. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 65 mins

Wash hands after handling raw poultry.
Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains.
