Cooking instructions: Stir Fry
Before cooking: Preheat 1 tbsp. (15ml) of oil in a frying pan or wok over a high heat. Once oil is hot, add the noodles to the pan. During cooking: Stir fry over a high heat for 3½ - 4 minutes, stirring continuously. Reduce heat if necessary. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
