Preparation guidelines
For tea or coffee: sprinkle 1 or 2 teaspoons into a cup of hot, but not boiling, tea or coffee and stir well. Boiling liquids should be allowed to cool for 1-2 minutes before adding the dried skimmed milk.
To make up into 200ml skimmed milk: put 20g into a dry measuring jug. Gradually add 200ml of cold water, stirring continuously. Once mixed, the milk may be boiled by heating slowly, over a moderate heat.
