Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place the sauce sachet to one side. Decant product from pouch into an ovenproof tray and cover with foil. Place tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 mins. During cooking: Remove tray from oven, discard foil and half of the cooking juices. Open sachet of sauce, add into the tray with the remaining cooking juices and gently stir. Return to oven uncovered for the final 5 mins. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. The chicken may be slightly pink after cooking due to the curing salts in the bacon. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cooked from chilled 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 30 mins
