Cooking instructions: Oven
To pan fry and oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before Cooking: Preheat oven 210°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 7. Remove all packaging. Leave at room temperature for 10 mins. Preheat 5ml oil in a frying pan. Season lamb with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. During cooking: Add lamb to the pan and seal over a high heat for 1 minute on each site. Transfer lamb to a baking tray and place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 14 mins. After Cooking: Remove from oven and cover with foil to rest for 2 mins. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
