Before cooking: Preheat Oven. Wash, cut into half lengthways and de-seed. Drizzle with vegetable oil. Place spaghetti squash on a roasting tray cut side down. Place tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot and the flesh is tender. (Please note: be careful when turning over the squash as steam can gather in the seed cavity). Once cool enough to handle, using a fork gently tease out the flesh into its spaghetti like strands.
