Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before Cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Place into an oven proof dish and season with ¼ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of pepper. Add 1 diced carrot, onion & celery stick, 1 rosemary sprig, 3 cloves of garlic and 1L of by Sainsbury's lamb stock. Cover with foil, place on middle shelf of oven and cook for 2 hours 30 minutes. After Cooking: Remove from the oven and discard foil. Carefully remove the meat, set aside and keep warm. Remove the rosemary sprig and mash the vegetables into the liquid. Pour the liquid through a sieve to achieve a smooth gravy, discard any remaining vegetables. Pour the gravy alongside the meat to serve. Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains.
