At Sound Seafood, we love sardines — and as a fifth-generation family fishing company, we’re proud to catch and prepare them ourselves. Our sardines are caught by our skipper, Tom Pascoe, aboard our fishing vessel Charlotte Clare, and landed in Newlyn, Cornwall. Each sardine is carefully hand-filleted, before being packed in extra virgin olive oil. The result is a simple, delicious product that lets the quality of the fish shine through. Our sardines are MSC-certified sustainable, giving you confidence that they come from a well-managed, independently certified fishery.
