Sardines are one of the most important fisheries in Cornwall, providing nutrition and employment for coastal communities for centuries. In recognition of the responsible management of this historic fishery, Cornish sardines have been independently certified as sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).
Our sardines are landed in Cornwall and carefully gutted by our expert fishmongers before being vacuum packed to lock in freshness. Supplied whole, they're perfect for grilling over flames, roasting with sea salt and herbs, or serving with a punchy salsa or marinade.
Naturally high in Omega-3 oils and packed with flavour, these sardines offer a more traditional, hands-on way to enjoy one of the healthiest fish around.
