Preparation and Safety

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: HOB: Empty chili into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat 5 to 8 minutes or until hot, stirring frequently. MICROWAVE: (750W): Empty chili into a microwavable bowl, cover loosely. Heat on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot, stirring once. Stir before serving. When using ovens of different power, heating times must be increased or decreased accordingly. Check food is piping hot before serving.

Chilli is awesomeI love Mexican food, whether it's a burrito, nachos, or a dip with melted cheese and Cholula hot sauce, also great with raw red onion and guacamole, sour cream is also a great accompaniment and jalapeños for an extra bite.

It's spicy, but not fantasticIt's not a " real chilli", I suppose some people will like it as it's easy to whip up in a microwave, but I'd say that it's only average to a decent chilli.

Other downside is that it's not made in the UK - and I aim to only buy British

Wow - now that's what I call a ChilliThis is really good as it comes served with rice or crackers, but a few simple additions would make it great. The addition of a tablespoon of a good quality stir-in sauce and a good splash of red wine takes the sauce to a whole new level. It would really benefit from more minced beef, seems a bit beans heavy.
