Animal Welfare Our beef is sourced from British farmers that rear and take care of their livestock to the Red Tractor Assured Standard as a minimum. In spring and summer the beef cattle live outside fed on natural grass and enjoying the sunshine, In winter they live inside well ventilated barns, fed on nutritious grass mix diet which was grown in summer then specially wrapped to feed in winter plus a special treat of crushed barley grain. The cattle have the comfort of laying on deep straw bedding.

Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Remove all packaging, pre-heat oven to 140°C. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a frying pan over a high heat, season meat and brown to seal. Place beef in a casserole dish, add desired ingredients, add approximately 500ml of stock or sauce to your recipe. Cover and place in oven for 3-4 hours or until beef is tender. Timings are approximate.
