Before: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and peel back film. Remove chicken from bowl and place on a baking tray. Pop tray in the centre of the oven. After: Check food is piping hot and allow to stand for 1 min. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 / 14 min
