Before: Remove sleeve & outer bento bowl. Pierce film several times & pop in the microwave. During: Halfway through peel back the film & add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the rice. Stir both compartments, re-cover & continue cooking. After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Stir & tuck in. 6.30 min 800w, 6 min 900w

Before: Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve & outer bowl. Pierce film several times. Place on the baking tray & pop in the centre of the oven. After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Stir & tuck in. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 31 min
