Preparation and Safety

How to crack your lobster - a simple six step guide 1 Firmly hold the claws and twist off. 2 Remove the tail by arching the body of the lobster until it cracks and pulls apart. 3 To remove the tail meat, break off the tail flippers and use a fork to get to the tail meat inside the shell. 4 Pull apart the main shell and discard the dark stomach sac. 5 To reveal the juicy meat cut the remaining body in half. 6 Use a nut cracker to remove the claw meat and a skewer to remove the leg meat. Defrost instructions To defrost whole lobster. Remove outer packaging. Keeping the lobster in the bag, place on a plate and leave in the fridge overnight. Once defrosted remove the bag and pull the lobster, tail first, from the net. Then simply crack and serve!

Get crackingVery decent frozen lobster at a very reasonable price , hope they stock these all year round. Good flavour a touch of luxury but cheaper than a takeaway .
