Our Story
San Francisco, the 90s. The rumblings of a café culture revolution. The smell of freshly roasted coffee lingered in the air.
That aroma. It woke up an ambition in us - to bring good coffee to the world.
Fast forward to East London, today. We work with smallholder farmers around the world to source high quality coffees, then roast each batch in our vintage Probat to develop their distinctive flavours. We're now proud roasters for Britain's finest restaurants, cafés - and coffee lovers like you.

The Yayu Forest Reserve in Ethiopia is one of the last remaining areas for the conservation of wild Arabica coffee in the world. We've worked together with farmers at Yayu since 2014 to help preserve the coffee forest by producing this delicious heirloom coffee. The project was created in partnership with The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and The Darwin Initiative. Enjoy this unique coffee with its citrus-like acidity, and long-lasting bourbon biscuit aftertaste, with each cup helping to support the preservation of the Yayu Forest Reserve.
