As a fairly inexperienced bread maker I was a little nervous but this flour made delicious white bread and it was very easy to use! Bread turned out light and great texture

Great bread flourThis bread flour consistently produces great quality bread, always light, soft and well risen. The end products always taste great, you really can't beat a bit of home baked fresh bread with your soups or stews. It is well priced and the packaging gives the impression of a quality brand. I have since tried more of allinsons baking range as a result of being impressed with their flour and I have not been disappointed yet.

Great flour to make bread and rollsEarlier, I never took a lot of interest to make my own bread at home because I thought it will be bit of a tedious process, but Alison's bread flour made it really easy. Also they have the website where they're given recipes and videos how to make things. I really liked making my own bread from it. It turned out really nice soft and fluffy with some basic ingredients like some instant yeast and any flavouring you like. I also made the cheese bread with layers in it which was amazing so it wasn't difficult at all and very quick. I would definitely recommend you try this and get warm n fresh home-made bread loaves!
