You can enjoy our spicy kimchi as a side dish that brings a powerful layer of taste to your lunch or family dinner. Use it to give a kimchi chilli kick to your wraps or sandwiches. Or mix it into rice, stir fry or noodles to give them that special Eastern appeal.

Our pickles now grace tables across the world – quite a journey from 1868, when George and Margaret Baxter began selling jams and jellies made from local fruit at their little shop in Scotland.
What has not changed is our devotion to George’s vow to “be different and be better”. We still use fresh local produce – and every recipe is signed off by his great-granddaughter Audrey, the fourth generation of Baxters to lead the company.
